I had to make a choice between going to this or to REOMAC.  Rather than fight with thousands of other Southern California agents for $100k listings, I've decided to go big or go home and go after the $100M listings.

P.S.  Five Star has somehow managed to come up with a conference a month schedule this year...very smart of them!

It will be interesting to see how it goes since they've catered mostly to the residential sector. I must say they've managed to amass a very impressive list of sponsors and speakers. In my opinion, if CCIM was to do a conference like this or would be involved it would attract more big commercial players and give it more credibility since they are the best designation to have when it comes to CRE.
