Looking for a Broker? We are in the process of planning a move to the Daytona Area. We are already licensed in Florida as well as Maryland but need to find a broker with which to hang our licenses that allow BPO's to pay us direct. We list and sale as well and are with a 100% Commission Company here in Maryland wherein we pay a yearly fee in order to eliminate the split. We don't mind a 85/100 split as long as the BPO companies can continue to pay us direct when we change our profile to Florida.
