We had a Buyer for a property while it was listed as a Short Sale. It reverted to FNMA. It went through the Trustee Sale process and the Deed has been recorded.

I have contacted FNMA and know which Agent has been assigned the property. My question is...for those of you that list Fannie Mae properties...how long does it take to get a property on the market once it has been assigned to you?

I've been in contact with the Agent and she says she has "No Idea at all of a time frame to get it on the market".

Does this sound right to any of you? What is involved in the process to get it listed once it is assigned?

Thanks!

It seems like I have seen quite a time period variation watching the Trustee Sale dates and time to come back on the Market. In this case, our Buyer is going out of town on vacation.
