Does anyone have any ideas on getting in with Freddie Mac? I have been trying for a couple of years to become an approved agent with no luck. I always get the same response "we are not looking for any agents in your area at this time, but you will get an email when we need more agents." Does anyone have any ideas?

I have an idea.. tell your Congressman and the FHFA ... that if they don't start a more fair system that you will not vote for them. Write to NAR and tell them that the money they did as the special assessment should not go to any Congressman that will not support open hearing of Short Sales and Fannie Freddie and the FHFA. Don't ask for fair demand it and get involved with the Political Action Committee of your local Association.
NAR is supposed to be the most powerful lobby in the United States... demand results...
Direct Assign only. They do now have 3 asset management companies but the assignment comes straight from Freddie Mac. The asset management company is attached to that assignment and their contact information is part of the assignment.
