Hey Guys, need help with an agent that has not responded to calls,emails, and even office visits. A property my clients would like to put an offer on and agent is no where to be seen. Freemont forclosed on it and last I heard Litton Loan does the REO work, I could be wrong. Would like help with a contact to see if they are indeed managing the asset. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As a former Asset Manager this is unexceptable and hate it when other dead beat agents do not take care of their assets. My clients are First time buyers and I hate to have them have this as their first experience putting in an offer on a foreclosed home, Its been 12 days now :(. Thanks again for any help.

Have you contacted the agent's Broker? Is the property still available?
