I've been receiving a lot of information on this Fresh Start Home Buyers Program. It appears that for a fee of $259.00 you too can become a (FSCLA) Fresh Start Certified Listing Agent. Personally when I'm asked for money off the top...my ears stand up...and my wallet slams closed. Has anyone took the leap and become certified with the Fresh Start Program?, or heard anything good or bad about them?

I joined and paid for the fee. I sent them a buyer that want to participate on lease to own and he was turned down.
He didn't have the $20,000 fee to pay them. I was very surprised with this. I tried to cancel and they have not responded
to my request. Anyone else had experience they want to share with this Fresh Start Home Buyer Program?
In addition, they use CoreLogic which is very confusing, I don't think they are affiliated with CoreLogic. Isn't that illegal to
use if they're not affiliated with that company? Any thoughts is appreciated.
RUN HIDE FROM THEM, WRITE THEM BAD CHECKS!! SPAM THEM IF YOU GET THEIR EMAILS!!! REPORT THEM TO THE BBB OR ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY!! TELL TO GO TO HELL AND TURN LEFT!! DO NOT TALK, CONVERSE OR COMMUNICATE WITH THIS BS COMPANY! IF THEY CALL HANG UP! I HOPE YOU ALL GET THE HINT!!!!!!!!!!!
