One package has a couple of properties outside GA. One package is a mix of condo/townhomes with SFR's, the other 4 are all SFR's. Most properties are occupied rentals. Details on the packages will not be released until Non-Disclosure and Commission agreements are signed by all parties, along with proof of funds. You must be direct with the buyer or the buyer. Pricing for the packages run from $600,000 to just under $3 Million. Cash deals only. All packages are sold as-is and in their entirety.
