Yes you should see something tonight or tomorrow

I just checked and didn't see anything. Maybe they are getting them assigned over the course of the next 24 hours.

Yes its a bit more work because they are rental assessments as well

Be VERY careful before accepting orders from Realty Pilot !!  I took two this morning, went to get the pictures, came back home to start, and they were gone.. A call to Green River stated they are having issues with orders showing up that are supposed to be auto assigned to particular agents, Green River said if you accept anything from Realty Pilot to call them to confirm before going forward with the BPO...So I wasted gas, time, and effort for no return. 

I stopped going into their useless site and just ignore the alerts.

I just confirmed that the "glitch" is a training issue at GRC.  Evidently, some VM's have opened the BPO on the Realty Pilot (RP) system not realizing that as soon as it's activated, an e-mail blast goes out to get the property assigned.  Some VM's have then realized that they wanted to assign the BPO to a specific agent and did the reassignment on the client portal.  Realty Pilot's system logs can confirm this is what's happened in several instances.  Since RP cannot restrict clients from reassignments, we will be adding an additional control that immediately notifies an agent if a BPO order that was previously accepted by an agent is reassigned by the client.  In addition, we've discussed this procedural issue with GRC and this will be addressed within their organization.

Just wanted to update the discussion that the notification I mentioned above was implemented overnight and is active and functional as of this morning.  If a client reassigns the BPO after it has already been accepted, then the Broker/Agent will receive an e-mail immediately notifying them that this has occurred and that the reason for the change is due to the client's actions, not that of Realty Pilot.

I haven't had that experience with that kind of pricing and luckily haven't seen any of them come through my email.  Usually if the prices are low, I let someone else take the work.

but they pay terrible for bpo's $17.50 to $47..50 and if have to do full interior with even picture of damages, repair estimates etc is only $72.00.  I feel like my time is worth more than that, especially when I am a listing broker for their properties, if we were 75%+ getting these listings it would be different. In NC we are not allowed to do BPO unless potential listing now so that helps us decline all these low paying BPO's, and Realtypilot charges a monthly fee to receive benefits

Green River is the next IAS! 

I am not sure about GR. I only got paid for 2 and they still have not paid me the rest.  Need to figure out how many months it will be.... All were turned in sometime ago.
