Client wants to work with an agent who specializes in REO and knows about the Fannie Mae HomePath program for non-owner occupied investors in Solano County California (Fairfield and Vallejo areas). First qualified agent who services that area that replies will get the referral.

Fannie is one of my cleints. I've got agents in those areas and well aware of what Home Path will allow investor to do up to 10 propeties 10% down with no mi; however the rates are slightly higer. I do have a few home path lenders. Let me know if you've already placed this one.. Thanks. Johnny if you got it let me know and I can tell you what I know about homepath.
Find it hard to believe no one has replied to this. The investor is looking at buying 2-4 houses.

I'm about 30 mins from Fairfield/Vallejo, but I'm not familiar with the Fannie Mae Homepath program. I can't say I'm an expert up there, but have sold a home in Vallejo recently.
