I received an email yesterday from this company saying they have 2 available positions for REO agents. I called just to see what they where about. The guy I spoke with said they charge 1k to sign up. And they only have so many agents per area.I find it a little fishy.The guy could not show me how many listings he has in my area.Has anyone every used them???

Tom and Ruben who own and run Paradigm Default Services are great guys. I just had lunch with them a few days ago here in Austin TX this past week. I am part of the Paradigm Network and was referred to them by Dan Waterman from NFSTI, he knows them as well. Tom used to run Fannie Mae in Houston and knows just about everyone. You'll also see articles written by Tom in DSNews, & HousingWire. Ruben has been in the REO business for a long time & was Freddie Mac's #1 listing broker in 2008' for his area. They have a lot of contacts and are expecting more REO Inventory in 2010. They service Suntrust and someone else. Their database is also used for 2 Short Sale companies for bank directed short sales. I spoke with 2 people who work for them and they both have received around 3 to 4 listings in last 6 months. Also, the reason they are looking for more people is Suntrust told them to get more to handle the comming volume. I did join them last week but only after a checking with a bunch of people. So I have not received any business but I believe I will. I also double checked the foreclosures records with the listings they said they had and it all matched up. Hope that helps.

Have you used them??? I know they have listings but none in my area... They want me to pay 1k before he lets me know how many he has... If he only has one. then it is not worth it to me....
