Hello, this is HUD calling.

I recieved a call today from "HUD" asking if I wanted to be an exclusive buyers agent for my area. After a a little questioning, I realized he said USHUD.com, a private company, no government affiliation, actually soliciting me to purchase leads from his company. His pitch was convincing, testimonials page he emailed me were good (wonder if they are authentic). I won't bore you with the details, but I have never paid for leads, and probably never will. Just figured I would air this to you all and hear of any success or horror stories with this company. Thanks for your comments.
