Since this is a big issue would you want to share How start for the people are new or trying to jump into it?I am in Utah Here the realtors are not required to have an appraisal license to do BPO's. So please share your knowledge how to strt. Thanks.
You need to be a member of REO Pro Network to add comments!
Here are a place where I can be sure that I do that properly? Can you recommend me where are other sites where we can learn more?
It is not a Standarized BPO's forms?

I would recommend some training from NABPOP. Check out their information and get educated on how to do BPO's.

Gabriel, welcome, I assume you are new to REOPro, all the info you will need is already posted on this site, including which companies pay slowly. Search past blogs, and use sign-up tab. Good luck!
Gabriel, Being a rookie you will need to start at the BPO level. Sign up with the BPO companies and do a great job on them. Give great valuations, turn them in early. Get the best bang for your BPO by working with companies that do BPOs and REOs. This way when your BPO work is outstanding, they will be giving you REO listings. This will take time to build up. Patience and persistence will get you in the ENDZONE of REOs.
Send me a e-mail at info@anthonycruzjunior.com and I will share with you the companies I work with that do both
BPOs and REOs. Good luck my friend.
Jesse has place everything for us in reo/bpo sign ups at the top of the page. We also have realty pilot. If those are not enough, try looking on active rain! Good luck, be persistent
