Hello, everyone,I had got a few properties from this client and had always done a great job. My asset manager told me and the title company told her, too. There's uncertainty in the way they work. I had tried to email her before after an asset was sold back to the bank. I didn't get it because it went back to Investors(Fannie Mae) They had told me that there's a rule of distance but they assigned me 2 properties that were at least 40 minutes drive before. They had also assigned others that weren't too far away from me to other agents( who were big REO agents) How do you gently remind your asset manger that you'll gladly take this property now that it's scheduled to be auctioned off? I'm sure everyone will be reminding her. I want to get this one without being annoying. Any tricks?

  • Send her flowers! Attach a card so she has to read it to find out whom from. I don't think that is annoying.
