Does anyone have any tips on how to become a listing agent for REO properties?

Start doing BPOs. There's lots of lists of companies that need BPO agents, find a list, register, etc.

First of all you should talk to your local banks especially where you have your accounts with. Talk to them, talk to the loan officers or branch manager. They will give you emails or contact numbers for REO dept. Then sign up online as many as you can. Sign upi for BPO vendors.
