I am getting ready to hire a new coordinator to handle the following:-online and offline marketing of all listings-weekly occupancy checks on all vacant REO and short sale listings-photos and data entry on all BPO/CMA assignments-maintaining company blog/website-general office cleaning (vacuuming/trash/dusting)We currently handle around 20 assets at a time but this is expected to increase as we just landed Fannie direct and HUD. We typically do 5-10 BPOs per week.I would love to hear what you think would be an appropriate pay structure for such a position. This person would be full time.

  • What a great question.  I think it depends what state and area you are in.  In our area we pay somewhere around $23,000 to $33,000. depending on their talent.

     

    • I was thinking of $400/week + $5/property check/BPO. We do about 20/week.

      That comes out to about $26k per year to start. If they work out, then we could start adding per deal bonus' to get them up over $30k.
      • Bonus's are a great incentive.
