  • I am in Spokane Washington, How can I get a master listing agreement for BofA?

  • We list properties for Bank of America and they have slowed down from last year. They keep us at 10 REO's from the pre-listed status till it is sold. Usually when we sell one they send us another one. We have a loan officer that referred us but they also had openings in our area at the time. We have sold 1 REO from IAS that was a Bank of America loan that was out sourced. Also, all of our properties are VA repo's.
    • What website do you go to to sign up for Bank of America reo properties?
      • We turned our application in to our loan officer and she passed it on. At the time there were current openings for agents
  • Hey Crystal thank you very much for sharing .I am in Virginia.I also have the master listing agreement with fnma but nothing further. If any of your AM needs an agent in Va and MD pl refer me to them.
  • Yes, I got my list from Fannie Mae's website. See http://www.fanniemae.com/homepath/pdfs/hp-amp-092010.pdf;jsessionid...
  • Hi Crystal,

could you also email me if you dont mind who is your new outsourcers? i am in California (bay area), hopefully i am not your competition ppmproperties@yahoo.com

    thanks
  • David - You have to be referred, to get on their list - by someone within their company or by one of their loan officers.
Also, BofA is now outsourcing their REOs to asset management co's. We used to get a ton of their assignments but have received very little, in the past 6 months. Most of the AMs that we worked with at BofA ,have been transferred to a Short Sale Division -so, it's become very hard to get their product. You have to be in tight with one of the asset mgmt co's that service their REOs.
    • Do you know who BOA is outsourcing their REOs to?
      • REDC, ORDS, MCB, IAS, LPS PMH...to name a few.
