The discussion started in 2009 by Cindy Billman entitled "REO/BPO COMPANIES THAT DON'T PAY" is great. It is getting a little long and unwieldly to follow. I suggest that there should be new company specific discussions with the company name and current date in the title so that the company can be easily searched and dated information is not being replied to. Just my opinion.
