Infinity National Asset Management

Has anyone heard of or done work for INAM (Infinity National Asset Management)? I was emailed by INAM today asking me to join their team. You have to be certified by NVSI (National Valuation Standards Institute) in order to receive assignments but that cost $399. I dont really want to throw $399 away if its not worth it.

Any input or advise would be appreciated!

  • That is incorrect David you do not have to be certified by NVSI in order to receive assignments, But being certified by NVSI will give you preferred agent status. I do not like this type of stance many companies are taking with pushing their certifications. Makes hungry agents believe that as long as they get the certification they will receive business. Problem is that most of these companies do not have any assets and therefore are using the certification = business as a type of scam to make some money for themselves. They are basically feeding off of the desires of newer agents or agents wanting to get into the REO world. Save your money and just register with their company and skip the NVSI certification. Hopefully if they ever do have a ton of assignments they will give it to the agents with experience and proven track records.
    • Thanks George! I did register with the company but i will hold off on getting the certification.
  • I also received the same email today as well. I was going to post the same question you just did. I will wait and see what responses you get.
