Has anyone heard of or done work for this company. I heard their name from a friend and want to find out more about them - what they do and whether they are just BPO Mills or do they actually give out listings. Any inputs are welcome.

I have done quite a few BPOs for them. They pay on time. They are very picky on their comps proximity and their Quality Control is pretty rigid. I have had to defend quite a few of my valuations with them.

They've been a good company but they are a BPO mill. They pay on time usually within 30 days.

I've done a few BPO's for them this summer and they have always paid in 30 to 45 days. Their QA department can be tough sometimes and will send it back for more comments or closer comps, just make sure to explain yourself the best you can.

Great company, as of this moment I'm to completing BPO for this company. They pay fast and forms are easy. BPO Mill.

Do they do mostly Residential or Commercial BPOs. They seem to have both.
