I figured we should move in a different direction. Instead of wasting money on a un proven company what are the other sites you could join with that have been proven to result in some increase in business? I have one.

 

Res.Net= Works with many different Asset companies. Just joined a new company and was asked to join their Res.Net, because that is who they use to assign listings. Also by joining I have potential to be seen by other Asset management companies. I think since I never took the bait and joined Absolute Reo Soluations (299.99). That I will go ahead and sign up for Res.Net. Seems like a much better investment. Also many other legit companies also use Res.Net.

 

Another thing to do might be join any courses that could help you build your knowledge in other areas such as Short sales,Maybe even look into CDPE certification?

 

Those are just some of the things you would be better off spending your money on. Heck you could even use that money to have a nice website designed for you that could help increase your business. What does everyone else have to contribute?

George, yes res.net is a must. Other worthwhile places to spend- REOMAC, NRBA. Plus NAREB, NAHREP, AREAA, or WinDS, depending on which category you & your agents are in.

Hey man you are absolutely correct! I am with res.net and I have my CDPE designation. All of the REO companies I am servicing uses res.net. Also with the CDPE training it equips you on another level to perform short sales; which are a huge bulk of the market now. So I would say that you are definitely headed in the right direction with your decisions. Do it and Do it well!
