I know you people know what I mean... anyone want to vent feel free

SingleSource seems to QC 90 percent of our orders

EvalOnline has a lot of QC and there form is really hard

PCV forms are just weird and have a ton of "pre QC" if you will

FARVV!!!!! is my favorate. I am on auto assign for them, and have reduced my zip code to just my office area. I have not seen a decrease in orders and all of them are close by

For those of you traveling to all over gods green earth for BPO's I would say not too. Being you dont get too much REO business from BPO's in the first place, and we all know they assign REO's by radius.... so the furth out you go from your office the less likely you are to get a listing so why bother.

I will however recomend putting zip codes from here to tim buck too in order to recieve your first order. I have my zip codes in the most rural, awful places that no one wants to go or puts service zip codes.

WE HAVE ACTUALLY HAD SOME GUY PICK US UP AND FERRY US TO AN ISLAND TO DO A BPO ON HIS HOUSE FOR AVM... they instantly recomended us to be prefered in ATPACK REO and CALREO.... they both dont really do business in my area but hey its just what you got to do to grow your business.

anyway email/message if you want to network more, and help grow eachothers business

  • I like PVC. I enjoy their pre selected answers since so many are repeated on each order.
  • Eval solutions - evaluonline.com, way to picky, everyhting comes back and needs to be fixed in 2 hours or so, they call at 7-8pm at night when you've left the office, rude on the phone, not good for me either. Everything is a rush for cheap!
  • Do you realize your topic said "I was too POT committed to go back..." LMAO!

Evaluation Solutions doesn't pay without a ton of work on my part so I wouldn't bother with them at all. They always seem to have rush orders.
  • ok, a quick vent... bpo client asks for distressed value, so I do the report in less than 6 hours & submit. First I get a clarification request asking that I use a comp in the same subdivision. Did you read the report, where in 3 different places I tell you it is on a main route, not in a subdivision?,,, hmmm. resubmit, then get a second clarification request. They had a bpo done 6 months ago, and it came in higher NO SURPRISE HERE, send me comps to review (all over 6 months old) spend another 30 minutes reviewing and commenting & resubmit, oh well just another day in paradise.
  • Can't stand Evalnline :( their qc is nazi and how about angled front photo!!!!
