  • I'm "approved" with these guys and they say they'll send me 5 BPO's and then need a current agent to "recommend" me. Nobody around here is going to do that as far as I can tell. I've been in REO for 3 years and have completed over 150. It's been a month and nothing yet. Any ideas on how to proceed?
    Thanks in advance!

    • Hi Billy,

I would just follow Vitaliy advise and just keep calling them. Far as recommendation, I am sure you know of an
agent who will speak good of you. :)

      Thanks
  • Great company to work with. I've done several CMAs and Sold couple of listings, currently have 2 in pre-marketing. They will be up front that CMAs are free/ no pay to you and no guarantee about the listings. But it's possible to list and sell. I've done it. They pay full % and no other fees or charges. I'll recommend to stay close with them and do you best.
    • Thanks Vitaliy, How long have you been with them before receiving first BPO/CMA and listing?

      Thank You
      • Not long time, I've meet a write person ;) After your CMA they usually will do a Value Due Diligence and decide if they want to bid on that note, if they'll win that note (bulk sales) then you'll get a listing. It can take 1-3 months to know if they got it. I've done several for them and still don't know the status on my application Lol
It works the same way as the of RE principle "PROSPECTING", if I don't hear anything from that AM I'll call him to check if anything needed in my area.
John, If you want to work with them, you need to start calling them.
