I have received lots of confirmations and emails with information. I even received a request to fill out a survey. But I have never received any listings or orders.
If you have to pay to work for them it is a rip off.

They are a really great payer and pay like clockwork for all of our broker clients. Be warned about them, they are also tough on BPO's because they are also an REO management firm as well so they have access to a lot of information pools for comps etc...

I have been approved for many companies but it does not mean that you will gat anything from them. When you do follow up calls they say you are on there list and if something comes up they will call. I was approved with Vendor management a long time ago but have never received anything from them.
They are actually located just a few miles from me. They used to be Lighthouse Real Estate Solutions and during that time I prepared a BPO for them but did not get paid. When they requested another, I requested payment on the first before proceeding with the second and they reassigned the BPO. I never received payment on the first and haven't received anymore orders from them..
Very good company. Pay like clockwork - always and quickly. Very basic forms without a lot of extra add-ons. I have done BPOs and inspections for them for years. Never have been assigned an REO, but I live in a smaller area also.
I like hearing their REO portfolio might be increasing!
I've been with them for years on the BPO side and they also have a small portfolio of assets they are managing. Rumor has it that they will increase their AMP side this year. At the end of the day, they are a good company to work with and always pay.

I went onto their site & they had a box for a promo code. Does anyone have one? How much do they charge you to join them. I am very much leary of signing up with companies that charge you.
I have never been charged to sign up with them or do their BPOs.
