Anyone know anything about this company. Apparently deals with investors....did a Google search on not much on them:

Protocol for Properties

Selection and Submission

· Select properties of interest
· PROPERTIES DO NOT HAVE TO BE PHYSICALLY INSPECTED

o YOU MUST virtually inspect properties

§ Look for the actual location of the house

§ Look for pictures indicating interior and exterior condition

· Prices should be at or near the Suggested Offer Price
· Submit offer price on existing spreadsheet by 9am SATURDAY

o Offers submitted with highest offer price will be submitted first

· No Contract or Deposit will be required until the offer is accepted by bank
· Only choose the number of properties you can purchase

AFTER APROVAL

· Bank has stated 72 hours for a response
· Prices are final
· Due Diligence period is 24 hours after approval
· Your contract will be generated
· Deposit of 10% MUST be submitted

Escrow and Close

· Be prepared to close within 21 days
· Title must be held in the name of the NPO

o Note and Deed of Trust will be issued to Capital Partner

· Post Purchase Guidelines must be followed
