I have a real estate company here in Tampa area(Wesley Chapel) and later in the year I will be opening a 2nd office northwest of Austin(Lakeway-Marble Falls area) and I am trying to decide the exact location of my new office now in order to maximize my REO income. I was wondering what you are hearing lately about how many miles the Asset Management companies like you to work from your office location? I'm thinking that I've seen 20 miles. What are you girls/guys seeing? Thanks for the feedback!
