  • I have used both MultiForm and AMNForms.  AMNForms is much simpler and efficient, in my opinion.  AMNForms gives you the option to pay by the year or the month.  If you pay the yearly subscription price, it is about $60 cheaper.  It can be accessed from anywhere as long as you have the internet.

  • Just read this post.  If you are still wondering, I used Multiform for years prior to Equator.  My opinion is its antiquated.  Initial purchase is $499 and its loaded on your hard drive therefore it cannot be accessed online.  Your are tied to your one computer.  Then there are regular updates that need to be purchased.  I have used AMN forms and it was great.  I have to say that its been a few years since I used it but will be going back to it when my first HECM BPO is due.  Its a monthly subscription and I was told it was compatible.  Its online so can be accessed from any computer.

  • I've used multi form for Fannie Mae in the past. However, I haven't used the software since Fannie Mae switched over to Equator from AMN. RealtyPilot also has a system where it will autofill on Equator or export to PDF.

  • Anyone?
