Did anyone else receive an invite to apply for Nationstar due to Nationstar's "aquiring" of Aurora's portfolio??

The request asked us to update Equator and LPS and have our docs ready to submit along with a Master Listing Agreement that was to be sent 1 week later.....well, now I'm told that I didnt send in anything.... and they would extend the time period another week..... does anyone else out there know or have a contact with nationstar??? I updated everything..... and never recvd any listing agreement or any kind of acknowledgment.....hmmmm

This letter/invite dosnt say where to send , only that they will send the agreement and expect qualifying docs to be returned with it..... am confused????

Was anyone else successfull in hearing back from Nationstar... or does anyone have a contact number???

Please Advise??

THANKS!!!

Rose

  • Why would you want to list properties for Nationstar? They just listed a property in my local MLS, and are offering 1% to selling agent, list agent gets a whopping 1.75%, meanwhile they get 3% referral and get this, they charge a 5% premium of the purchase price to the winning buyer.  Offering 1% to local realtors is not going over well, many pissed of realtors. Not only that, it's way under market this listing is. I say why not price it right and pay a standard commission?

  • I lost a new Aurora listing to NAtionstar and I went to sign up, then I checked for their listings in my area. There was only the one I lost. If that's all they have, I don;t have time to fill out their paperwork.

And, I won;t pay them any front money.

  • Jesse,

I am an Aurora FSB direct agent.  I did not receive the email.  Can you please email me at robertsteamreo@hotmail.com with the email address.  I would really appreciate it.  I would like to reply to see why I didn't receive the email.

    • Yes, I received this email as well.... and they are requiring 10 yr background cks....I wonder what will happen to Aurora???? Any thoughts??

  • About every 30 days I put in another application to Nationstar on their website. I never hear anything back and I have left multiple messages with their REO Dept. Can anyone advise how Nationstar obtained your email ie were you previously approved, Equator, etc.?

    • I was asked because I had aurora listings...... when they moved to nationstar, seems I went with them...... lucky break..... will see if they continue to give us work.......hmmmmmm-- my fingers are very crossed!

      • Thanks Rose, will keep my fingers crossed for you!

    • Derrick

You have to pay Equator if you want to use more than one zip code.  I have been with Res Net for four years and most asset manager companies are changing to Equator.
