One of my biggest Pet Peeves with QC with BPO companies is that ,while real estate is suppose to be local, they treat it on a national scale. Life in New York City is different...Anyhow, one of my issues is the neighborhood occupnacy percentages of owners and renters..It does not have to equal 100%, ( and dsicounting the question of board ups), because they do not take into account what percentagemay be homeless/squatters/street people #realtalk #realvalues
