Hi Chanin
signed up with them late last year. My application was pending for a few months.
Just this week i was told that they have enough agents in my area and they said no longer accepting california agents.
Try though the online app is not that hard to fill out. Follow up on app though or it will just sit there.

I actually met the President of New Vista at a mixer for the Asian America Real Estate Association (AAREA) last week. He wouldnt give up the info on how much his marketshare was in my are but I have an real estate/friend in the central valley that says she gets a majority of her business from them. She likes working for them

It is run by the founders of NAHREP and AREAA. I was the loan officer for 2 different transactions a couple months ago. They are releasing many Fannie plus doing some freddie, but thru auction in vegas & riverside county. I see them get listing daily on the homepath website and then get assigned the agents. I hope that helps. If you ever get Fannie properties let me know I do homepath loans and have a streamline process plus any REO listing I will be happy to cross approvals when needed.
