In the northeastern Ohio area, they have a contract with 1 company who gets the whole area. They are in a Cleveland suburb as I recall but will get all of their listings even in Canton and Akron - 1 -2 hours away. Coldwell Banker Hunter was originally an offshoot of the bank back in the 1980s when it was Ohio Savings Bank.

AmTrust was using Coldwell Banker exclusively - but that was when I contacted the main office in Feb. 2009.
