You all have done and are doing a great job.I have some questions and will greatly appreciate your responses.I would like to step in this field of REO's. I have been a realtor in Tx since 8 yrs.Are designations/training or certifications vital to obtain BPO's or REO listings or for a AM to consider your application?If yes, pls advice on which ones are the best and worth the money spent.What about foreclosureu.com's CFS course? Has anyone taken that? Any feedback?Thanks a lot .Rash.
