Has anyone experienced yet not getting paid for a BPO you did? There could be more coming along so everyone be on alert. Land America folded and I received a letter saying Frozen Block Account.

Are you sure? I got paid over $1300 on my last check. I know they may miss a payment, but you do have to keep track on which order you did not get paid. Once you know that, you send them an email and ask them about the order and for how much that is due to you. Their accounting department will check if there was a check sent out or not. They will tell you the check # and what date it was sent out. ... Go ask them.
I just got notice from my bank that a check from LandAm did not go through. I was waiting for two more checks from them for BPOs I've performed but guess I'll need to write them off as Non-Payment. Wish I had seen your post before I got their orders.
I have not heard of anything yet?? I have been working with Goodman Dean and Ocwen and they have been paying within 2 weeks of the BPO being performed.
