You can't buy your way into this business. Do you think that the Banks say, "Wow this guy paid 2 grand to join this group, he must be good!" Don't think so. There is no replacement for experience. You just need to fill out a lot of applications and have a little luck, then you get the experience.

Wow it's amazing all of us are being approved....I'm being funny! I agree whole-heartedly Marqueze about the financinal state or the loss of membership. One issue I do have is some of my clients require REOMAC or NRBA to continue using them...and of course they're my best clients.
