I recently did a ton of BPOs for this company and I see that of the 2 people who rated it, it only got 1 star. What experiences have people had with them?

I have been doing BPO for SLS for the past 5 years, payment was always received within 15 days of completion of orders. I have always stood up for this company every time I have read comments for non-payment since they have always been top of my list of "good BPO companies".
Today, for the first time, payment is past due over 45 days. I was told last week by my BPO coordinator that new payment policy was in place and that payments should take 30 - 45 days now. He never mentioned anything about change of ownership. He asked me to follow up with Pam at the accounting department. I have been leaving messages for Pam since and have received no response....so, I decided to do a little research and found this blog.
How concerned should I be? I expect their "bulk" next week, it is usually more than 50 orders.
I have been doing BPO's for them for over 5 years and they always pay. they often kick BPO's back for minor QC issues but I don't mind as they pay well and will agree to fee increases for more distant work.
My orders come from Secured Lending Services who uses the National Real Estate Information Services (NREIS) platform, so not sure if these are the same ones you did. http://www.irepvm.com/ The reps there are very nice, they call me at least once a week. They auto assign orders, but also personally call sometimes. They just received a bulk order in which I received 20 orders over the weekend, however, normally my volume with them is about 5 per week. Their pay is better than some, with $50 exterior and $95 interior. They pay weekly, about a month behind. Great in my book!!
Christy...thanks for the information. I tried the link that you added, however, it goes no where. Could you check it and let me know if there is an error. Thanks. Pat

This is the one. I just got a check and did not expect it to come so quickly and yes, they are very nice. It feels good to get a nice, realiable place. Thanks for confirming.

I was told by a gentleman who worked there they do not assign listings. Yet their website seems to imply they do. Anybody in the know?
