Is the A-REO designation valuable?

Anybody have experience with this designation?

I took the course. I have been doing reo's and bpos for several years. It is always good to keep taking more classes. Dispos deals mostly with Fannie Mae rules and forms. So if you are not handling any Fannie Mae properties it is a good course to take to learn how just in case you start receiving them.

I just opened an email from Old Republic making this designation a requirement. Looks like this may become an ongoing trend that we should expect to see more of.

I was just about to post a similar question. The only company that appears to be requiring signup to REOVM and the A-REO designation is ORT.
