ON-LINE AUCTIONS

Does anyone know how to be the Listing Agent on all these auction sites that pay these high 1% commissions??   Hubzu.com , Homesearch.com , Auction.com  etc...    Might at least grab a few leads from the buyer inquires...   Ocwen has had some ridiculous high prices , cheaper to buy a brand new home rather than the broken down bungalow that has sat vacant for the last 5 yrs..

  • The auction sites you mention work with the REOs . Agents are assigned listings and then the properties are sent for auctions as an alternative deposition option. If the asset does not bring enough on the auction the listing comes back to the agent for conventional REO listing on the MLS. Sorry but the leads go to the listing agent who is assigned the property they are not up for grabs for other agents. The auction commissions to the listing agent for all of the LA  tasks, responsibilities and months of required work is 500.00 to 650.00 total. The buyer's agent commission is 400.00 on most auction sites.
