I received an e-mail from PartnerFirst, in which reference is made to FannieMae and ServiceLink top-down short sales and the great opportunity to be found by lenders who need agents to handle their directed short sale packages....
With it, naturally, the need to register, become certified and, therefore, be noticed by such lenders. You have to pay an initial fee ($399.00, on sale now) and, then, a $45.00 monthly fee. Does anyone have (or had) any involvement with this company? Is this worth the price tag?
