Anyone know where I might find the PAS Broker application? Have not been able to find it online, but perhaps it's right there in front of my face, but I'm just missing it?

Nope-- applications arent available... even if you sign up on a waitlist.... will be years. The best is to communicate w/ your contacts inside of PAS--- no contacts, no entry.... very tough club to join at this point.....
I've often thought about Five Star. Have never been and wasn't sure if it would be beneficial or not. Sounds like a good thought, so thanks! Other than picking up PAS, do you find it helpful to go?
I do think they are invite only good company commission are higher than most been with them for awhile and I got in during an open signup period a few years back and now I think that is closed.
Be prepared to wait a couple of years, unless you have an internal contact... I have tried to recommend several of my broker friends (I am a GC in Florida), but no luck yet. We have worked with them for a long time, and have well established relationships, but it has not moved the ball much for anyone else.
Hopefully others have had a different experience and can help you out.
