Wells Fargo is by far my top appraisal client. I do dozens of reports for them locally and have a great working relationship with them. Since getting my sales license a few years back, I've been wanting to get on with PAS (Premier Asset Servicing) REO as I see how many pre-foreclosure properties I do valuations on... and quite frankly... I'd like a larger piece of that pie.
Amazingly, the valuation division of Wells Fargo doesn't speak to the REO division of Wells Fargo and every single one of my contacts has failed in getting me an invitation to PAS (since it's invite only!).
Anyone have a better way to get that invite? I even hit up a local branch and the "REO Specialist" there had no clue.
Steak dinner to the person who can give me guidance... you just have to fly to Florida to collect. ;-)
