Pay Rate for BPO's

I just curious about rates for BPO's from the different companies and if they differ from area to area. And who pays the most.

I am in The Dallas area.

Drive by for most is 50 low is 35

Interior High is LPS 74 down from 100 when PAS,  low is 50 for IASREO  but a shot at the listing.

The good news is many rush orders these days and vendors asking to pay more for the drive now. so maybe my average will go up.

  • Some person gave a class in the area here last week about BPO's I did not go. I felt I knew enough 500 BPO's last year 130 so far this year. But I was told the person giving the class told the students he had companies paying him 200 per BPO. I have done a few commercial ones in that price but never a Resdential except for divorce cases and the lawyers pay me. I am searching for this 200 per BPO company oh yes and a Unicorn.
  • I got a broadcast BPO request last week and they were paying $20 for a drive-by exterior. Another yesterday for an interior that was for $50.

I will no longer waste my time on BPO's. But as long as agents will take these assignments and work for free, they will keep paying these low fees. Besides, the gas station will not allow me to pay them 2 or 3 months from now when I get paid for the BPO, same my for internet provider, insurance company, etc.

    • You are hilarious Steve! I am there with you Buddy. There's a but though....With BPO software you would want to do BPOs. Very easy! Saves a ton of time. I did a MMR for FNMA last night in 13 minutes. I still can't believe it! i normally takes me about an hour. In 2009 I made 20k doing bpos manually. So now I have the software the sky is the limit. That's just my take. 50 bucks for 1 bpo at 10 bpos a week at 15 minutes a bpo with me paying my runner and data entry person is good money to me. Again that's just my take
      • There's not enough BPO work in my area to pay for the software BEFORE I pay my broker's splits, not to mention the gas at $3.50 per gal. I'm signed up with 20+ BPO campanies and I received less then 30 BPO's for all of 2010. Just not worth my time any more.
