This might be a little "rantish," but after having so many experiences paying expenses, and then having to jump through hoops to get paid back in a timely manner, I quit. Having to pay a tech fee, rebate commission back, and then pay up to $2500 or more at any given time per house is just BAD BUSINESS FOR AN AGENT. Especially, when they have every right to transfer the listing w/o explanation. Honestly, I don't see why they just don't pay these companies directly anyway. It would save time and money on their end. I tell them no! If they want to transfer the listing so be it!!!
Any thoughts, tips, or experiences you want to share? OH- PLEASE DON'T SAY ITS THE NATURE OF THIS BUSINESS. I got that!
