  • I say ask them for a list of their "agent clients:"and ask them. I heard some guys considering going after a company for Fraud as they were collecting money and not giving out a lead. That can get a guy jail time if you send the check thru the mail. I think it is wire fraud if they take it on a Credit Card.
  • If they haven't given you any listings, don't pay.
  • Anton,

Don't waste your money. I paid $299 last year and not heard anything from them.
    • Thanks for the reply.
  • Anton,

Dont waste your money, there are many good companies out there that do not charge.
  • Hey Anton:

Your question reminds me of a quote I like to share with people who are trying to figure out if they should pay to be a member of some lead generation program. I can't remember who said it but, it is very true and something I always use to help me make that decision

"If the lead generation company isn't confident enough in thier lead to take payment at closing, then why would you be confident it would ever close?"

I have to be honest and tell you, I paid for several Lead Generation campaigns in the past and I never received the number of closings as they claim is possible.

Truth is, with as many members as we have now, you would think that if there was a Lead Generation company making people money as they claim, it would be all the rave on REOPro.....oh wait.....I almost forgot.

Titanium, duh...., I have been a HRC with Titanium and so far, it's the only company I know that has it right. They pay you to run the leads and they take a referral fee when it closes. The only cost is $100.00 for training.
  • All I no is that there was a posting from here on CAMreo, which was not very good. I have not used them, but by the look of the posting I will not. Hope this helps.
