.....OR SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR OFFICE HAS COMPLETED A BPO ON THIS PROPERTY IN THE PAST 60 DAYS OR IS LISTING THIS PROPERTY......

It is hard for me to understand this expectation of some of these companies.  Are we actually suppose to contact every agent in our office?  We all know that is an impossible task as well as a waste of time, a silly requirement or guideline or rule. 

Most of the time it's a grab and go situation on getting these assignments before it's gone and checking with every agent in my office is not going to happen.

I can say for sure that I have done duplicate or even triple bpo's on the same property in my day.
I don't know the time frames and simply do not cross check every assignment I accept, just silly to me.

I have even done bpo's for loan mods that I worked on this last year.  It is what it is. 

How many agents actually abide by these rules?
