I do a lot of listings with AHMSI and their preferred closer is Powerlinkss. I would advise any broker to elect NOT TO CLOSE WITH POWERLINKSS. They are impossible to contact. I have buyer's agents calling to complain that they are unresponsive, deceitful and slow. I can attest to all the above. I have yet to have this company close by contract date ever, EVEN ON ALL CASH SALES. They send a notary to your office to close and buyers cannot ask any questions about the docs they are signing because the notary is not familiar with real estate documents. They routinely take a week or more to get commission checks to you.

thanks for this kind of vital information. I have had input with 2 asset companies on closings with 2 different closing companies and had them fire the closing companies. unfortunately we still had to close with those companies but they were no longer going to get work from those asset companies. details are not in my head but we need to make sure our clients know about these unresponsive slow close companies and help put a stop to them.
