Private Money Sources/Hard Money In Second Position

Hi All

Does anyone know if any private money sources who would lend hard money and be in second deed position for a fix and flip deal in Arizona? This is very difficult to find as many folks want 1st position, understandable. However if you know if any sources, even it is not an actual lender but maybe someone willing to foot the cash for a 20% ROI could you let me know?
