Good Evening, I am new to the forum so please help me with some of your wonderful advice. I am a Licensed General Contractor here in Southern California. I own my own Handyman/General Contractor business. I do all aspects of construction as well as trashouts, property preservation and field inspections. I do these services for a small bank here in Ventura County but they do not have any more properties right now. I would like to expand my Property Preservation, Trashouts and Inspection parts of my job. Does anyone have any contacts or advice of how to get my name out there for more work? I love doing this work and would appreciate any advice or guidence. I am very skilled from full remodels to just simple fixes in my trade and am very excited to be a part of what is going on with the housing market. Thank you again!
