Has anyone lately working with this Boston based company. It assigns a real person you can call or talk to and willing to make some last minute changes for you. I am in northern California and there were so much work in April. As the rush is over I don't hear a thing, eMail gets unanswered. I think they save the work for you and my performance is good.My question is did Protek lose the work to another firm or this is expected?...... I work for other companies and the work is steady (the way we all like). However, I like to know what other agents experience is.....

You need to have quality score of >85% and almost 90% on time to be on golden invite. It does not really hold long for you as I have seen others(probably 90%) fa snatch it away from you. They hire contractor QA checking your work.

I am in Illinois and I get a lot of assignments from Protek. It could be the area you are in. They are a good company. E-mail or call them and state your concerns and they will be straight with you. Good luck.
What software is used? Do you know? Does anyone on this site know? I have it sent to my blackberry and e-mail so I can respond ASAP. Perhaps that will help you Sam.

As stated before, I am their Golden Invite and get auto save. It does not stay in your queue very long though. My manager thought they will save them for you 1-2 hours but that is not the case now. It is
like 30 minutes rather short....
Lately I got a bunch of rush interior (mostly loan mod) while the $ is good I can not handle that many requests.
Well, I think they lost the area after 4000 orders. I got another call 3 months later asking for an out of the area
which I accepted to become a team player. This week I got another call same area, from another person and I politely declined....
I guess it is like real estate business 6 months after initial engagement clients contact you wanting to see
a property....bye bye again...

I too have noticed that the orders did slow up quite a bit over the last 2 months, due to the moritorium. But in the last 3 weeks orders have been more steady. My assistance just picked up 12 over the last week. Also this morning I had over 10 orders sitting in my inbox. This is good company to work for and they pay ontime, but they are a BPO Mill.
I've had 50 orders from Protek in the past 30 days.. & am working on 10 at the moment.. They seem to be the most consistent providers for my area (South Florida-Palm Beach County) as the Other 15 companies I work for have given me the chance at about 30 of which I got 8.... I think it depends on your area....We've had a 7 month moratorium on Foreclosures and the Asset Managers seem to be holding back on their inventories in hopes that they'll sell off the thousands they've got here on the market. This means fewer BPO's ... The only one's I seem to be getting are for "short Sales" pending sale or REO's with offers on them.. Very few are new pre-foreclosures or new defaults.
Unfortunately, there are so many foreclosures here that when they are compelled to market them, they'll flood the market and it'll take another30-40% pricing devaluation. At least that's the general consensus of those of us in the market. One example of this is Freddy Mac..they're foreclosing on the most seriously delinquent but not pursuing evictions and actually hiring me to go out & beg the people to rent the house back... They've taken dozens of properties back ...but they've only listed 4 in the past 45 days.. what does that tell you???
LIke you, i saw a huge number of april bpo's but my main companies (Finiti, clear capital, Mark2Market) have had zero business for the past 30 days...Thank God for Protek.. !!!

I emailed Protek requesting what the compensation was for drive by's and interiors. The reply contained information about payment schedules and mailing of payments but no dollars. Can someone let me know what Protek pays?
