Wondering if someone has received a 1099 for 2016 from your HUD transactions, and if you would be willing to PM me the Payer ID#. I received an email from them telling me that they had sent the 1099 but I did not receive it due to an address change around the time of the mailing. I am trying to submit my tax return with this properly reported, but need the Payer ID#. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them earlier today only to be told that another HUD office will have to provide it - and that is going to take longer than I have, since it is April 13th.
