Stay away, unless you like throwing your money away. SCAM, Ripoff!
I think foreclosure.com has a better deal.
I had sponsored the foreclosure.com web site. the problem is they put your name on "rent to own " and "preforeclosure" ads. so now you get folks calling you on these properties, fort he most part do not exist. If they limit you "sponsorship" to only the verified REO properties, it might be worth the $60.
Just remember that paid 'leads' are not exclusive. Agents pay for leads/zip codes everywhere. And buyers/sellers sign up everywhere they search. By the time you get a 'lead', they have all moved on or selected someone to work with. Don't pay for 'leads'. They just lead to wasted time and money.

They just called me today and offered me (2) zips for $100 with a verbal guarantee of at least 5 leads per month. I looked at their website (unimpressed) and I'm not ready to give up $100 on a whim. Have you learned anything in the past years\?
