Went to do a relocation assistance aka cash for keys for a homeowner who lost her case in the supreme court of NY to overturn her foreclosure proceeding.She is not the only person in eviction that I have using an attorney to try to overturn their foreclosure proceedings.I really do not understand why a person would pay an attorney thousands of dollars to overturn the proceeding .....has anyone had an owner ever win?I think that the attorneys that are suggesting to a homeowner in distress that they can help is disgusting! Thoughts anyone?
